After a few brainstorm sessions and changing the plan multiple times, we have a final scenario.

The biggest thing where we got stacked on, how can we create a fight without te explanation of the revenge feelings. The cinematic is maximum 2 minutes long, not much time to explain the whole history of the character.

Our solution: Ignore the feeling that we want to create a story. The important part is that everyone can fulfill his own learning goals. That is when we decided to skip the introducing part and just begin with the action.
